Consisting of experience-based leadership training designed to reinforce the leadership training principles gained utizing a variety of proven systems to tailor a custom program for your group including theories on motivation, the GRPI goal setting model, high-performance teams, time management strategies, nominal process, and accountability.Our program is also a great tool for youth leaders looking to foster and facilitate effective goal-setting behaviors in the youth they work with.We tailor our workshops for the age of the participants, and the needs identified by the group and if desired we work with youth leaders to incorporate specific principles that are part of the youth group theme, goals, or mission that are reinforced by the adventure activities.
