Southern Utah has some of the most unique slot canyons in the world that offer a peak into the almost alien landscape of the slot canyons. Come with us and explore canyons that are hundreds of feet deep at times, offer several beautiful rappels, and an opportunity for growth through our personalized training.
During this program your team will be taught and run though several scenarios evaluating skills and effectiveness. Based on your desired timeframe your team will have the opportunity to rappel, belay, and down-climb through several different drops and slot sections. The team will be given various challenges and unexpected issues driving leadership, decision making, communication, overall team cohesion and efficiency. This is a powerful leadership experience in itself but also is a great reinforcement for specific leadership programs that will be planned in advance of our training. This program will not only facilitate strong leadership and team effectiveness but provides a meaningful training that allows your team to enjoy the outdoors in a new and unique way and learn to rely and depend on each other.
